Resolution from Council of Spiritual Elders of Mother Earth

To my relatives, my brothers and sisters, please pass this
on.
With many
thanks and great appreciation for all who walk this path
at this time from, within their hearts,
they’re
homes, their songs and their ceremonies.
See below Resolution presented to the United Nations on behalf
of all, this is not the original version.
It is typed so it could be shared with you all, the words
written. We wish to share with you how this resolution came
to be so you may understand and appreciate the beauty of it
all.
We have
had the blessing to meet in 1999 at a spiritual gathering
of North, Central and South America, which took place in
New Mexico many beautiful peoples and Elders. One being Leon
Secatero, a Dineh Elder whose family is keeper and guardian
of a very Sacred Canyon, a sacred site that holds many memories
and teachings of Creation, First Man, First Woman.
Since
that Time A Council named "The Council of Spiritual
Elders of Mother Earth" was formed. I know beyond this
particular group of Elders, many, many others have done their
work as well to bring about the meeting and exchange of their
spiritual traditions, prophecies and ceremonies between North,
Central and South America. This is this Councils journey that
began and continues thru all days to come, which I wish to
share with you.
They gathered to fulfill a prophecy that The Eagle and The
Condor shall fly together again. It was said that the People
of the center (Maya) would unite the Peoples of the North,
Central and South in the center of the land. This occurred
at that time in this very Sacred Canyon. For this place is
placed at the Center of these Five Mountains which are like
fingers to a hand, a place and portal of time. I have been
to this place that words and experiences cannot fully describe,
a place of great beauty, a Holy Place.
So it is that they gathered for you, for me, for all of us.
They have met many times since overcoming many trials and challenges.
This has continued since the beginning of time and now again
to help give us all a unified voice, heart and goals for these
times of great change for our future.
It is
their wish that this be shared with the hope that each one
of us takes possession of our gifts of courage and takes
action to assist in this great responsibility. At this time,
this year, it is said that the most important work, the hardest
work we can do is our individual work to face, to clear and
heal ourselves. For we cannot truly heal anyone or this earth
if we are not healed ourselves. We must have the courage
to assist each other in this process so as to create greater
unity and fully participate in bringing into the next 500
years only what is of highest purity, love and intent for
humanity.
A Sacred Calendar was found in that Sacred Canyon reflecting
the Next 500 years. This calendar works with cycles of 13 and
28. They shared with us that this reflects the cycles of the
feminine and this time of cleansing that we are experiencing
as the women thru their moon time. That at this time this calendar
depicted our Mother Earth going thru her cleansing, her moon
time and that this time would end in 2008 when more harmony
would begin to manifest upon this earth. It would take some
years to follow to fully integrate this time of great peace
and harmony. That we shall continue to walk together for the
children to realize and to fulfill our ancestors dream for
us, it was said, prophesized.
That scientist have recently discovered a Great Stone within
our Universe that does not move, bigger that Saturn which our
sun orbits in a cycle of 280 years. This Information was recently
shared with us at a meeting in New Mexico 9/25/2003, Day of
Belejeb (9) number of the sacred magic of feminine, Kan (Sacred
serpent reflecting Creation, fertility, spiritual evolution,
transformation thru the fire of spirit.).
Here is their resolution, which is now been given to India,
Australia, New Zealand, Caribbean, Polynesia, Hawaii, Ireland
and Russia. Leon Secatero as Grand Elder of this Council
has traveled and met with many Nations all over this world
to assist other nations to begin and unify our Journey together
as human beings. May we heal and walk in Beauty.

Our Journey On the Sacred Path To the Next 500 Years
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF SPIRITUAL ELDERS OF MOTHER EARTH
OUR JOURNEY ON THE SACRED PATH TO THE NEXT 500 YEARS
WHEREAS: We, the representatives of Indigenous People, Nations
and organizations from the North, Central and South Americas
have met in unity; with one voice, on the critical present
situation and the future of the Five-fingered ones. From the
beginning of time we have had a unique spiritual and physical
relationship with the universe, mother earth, and the natural
world, including the lands and waters, the air, the light and
the minerals which are necessary conditions for our survival
and our collective and individual well-being, and
WHEREAS: We hold these Powers and Authorities that our indigenous
elders granted to us in order to carry out our Duties and Responsibilities
to the Creator, Communities, Tribal Nations, Mother Earth and
to All the Four-Legged, The Winged, and the Finned with the
guidance of the sacred Inherent Indigenous Beliefs, Values
and Principles of our People, Communities, and Nations, and
WHEREAS: We are expressing deep concern regarding the present
condition of our mother earth, the four elements, and our
environment which has been violated and is not in accordance
with the sacred instructions and beliefs of our elders and
ancestors. The Universal Laws and Principles must be preserved
and honored because they emphasize the cooperative and sacred
relationship that must exist between the people, the environment,
the animals, and the plants of mother earth, and
WHEREAS: We, the Five-fingered ones, must acknowledge and
not forget that it was the spirit of the Universal Laws and
Properties, with the sacred Creator's law, that over billions
of centuries created all that we see, touch, feel and taste,
and that human beings are the late arrival on this sacred Journey,
and
WHEREAS: It was confirmed, after many spiritual gatherings
in all the regions of the Americas, that we have come to the
ending of the last five hundred years of the indigenous calendars.
It is the time of the return of the wisdom and the prophecy,
which must be shared to preserve and heal. We must take responsibility
to work towards the restoration of harmony, balance, and peace
for the well-being of our Mother Earth and
all living things.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Council of Spiritual
Elders of Mother Earth hereby respectfully requests that the
spiritual elders and leaders at this gathering initiate and
focus on this sacred pathway for the next five hundred years.
We request that the elders and leaders take into account our
environment, the four elements, and our relationship to all
the living things: our responsibilities for the healing and
the well being of Mother Earth and her children here and yet
to come. The sacred resources from the holy ones, our ancestors,
our elders, and the seven generations will guide us into this
Beauty Way, united with one voice, with prayers, and one spirit,
and
BE IT
FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: This mandate is our sacred Duty and
Responsibility that must be carried out for the Creator, Communities,
Tribes, Nations, Mother Earth, and all the Four-legged, The
Winged, and the Finned with the Sacred Inherent Indigenous
Beliefs, Values and Principles of the People.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this resolution was presented, discussed,
and approved by the majority of the Council of the Spiritual
Elders of Mother Earth at a duly called meeting and Nine Day
Ceremony on the 10th day of November 2002 at Prewitt, New Mexico.
